Longhopes Donkey Shelter
Located in Bennett, Colorado, Longhopes is dedicated to improving donkeys through rescue, rehabilitation, rehoming, reduced reproduction, and permanent sanctuary of donkeys that otherwise would be at risk for neglect, abuse, or death.
Guest Tours
Your guide will tell you how Longhopes originated, explain the idiosyncrasies of donkeys and relay the heartbreaking and heartwarming stories of our residents.

High Plains Raceway
Located in Deer Trail, Colorado, is one of America’s greatest amateur road racing facilities! With its’ rolling terrain and open spaces, HPR is technical, challenging and very safe. Virtually every weekend from April through October is packed with high speed action with amateur clubs hosting events ranging from track days and driving schools all the way to wheel-to-wheel racing.

Kiowa Creek Sporting Club
Located in Bennett, Colorado, Kiowa Creek is a place where you are always welcome. Whether you're brushing up your shooting skills on our professionally designed sporting clays course or hunting our game birds, you are assured of having challenging shoots and unparalleled hunting opportunities.

Lead Valley Range
Located in Byers, Colorado, this range is veteran owned by veterans from the Viet Nam and Desert Storm Wars. We decided to build a range that would cover all disciplines of the shooting sports: pistol, shotgun, and rifle and all aspects of competitions.
This is a private club but offers many public opportunities to participate in shooting events.

Byers Park & Recreation District
Quint Valley Fairgrounds has a community center, rodeo arena, playground and softball field in the vicinity of the community center building. Within the Bijou Creek area there is an area for picnicking and an area for paintball games. Quint Valley hosts the 4th of July celebration for the community each year.
